Just got a Call from my Brother from another DJ Physics (who will be Spinning @ 40/40 in AC 11/27…SHAMELESS PLUG LOL) and we spoke about a few different things but what we spoke about in depth was ppl starting to notice RoaM in more and more place.  He even had a story…lolok so maybe I wont tell the whole thingbut,  long story short someone inquired about his RoaM Limited Edition “It wasnt Built in A Day” Logo V-Neck and from there it almost spawned a full out discussion this topic. People began to add comments  like “Yea I seen like 3 ppl with RoaM on, Whats Dat?” or ” My friend just bought a few RoaM Pieces…” and “Yea I got on the bus and seen a RoaM sticker on my Chair…” He was as shocked when he heard it as I was when he told me. Not because people noticed, but because ppl took the time out to even make a comment about it. I really am greatful for all the support from everyone, Family, Friends, Supports, people that I’ve business with and even those that got pieces they’ve been asking for(Dont Worry Yall I got you FOR REAL I PROMISE!) And its just the Beginning, Fall 09 “Welcome to RoaM” is dropping roughly in a 10 days nd then I’ll let you guys see what we’ve been working on! I dont make clothes to fit trends or to fit in I just make clothes that I would love to wear and my friends would wear.so my friends include everyone who checks my site or reads my posts or just inquires about the brand I make this for us, We are the Monarchs in the Revolution of “Life” so  I want us to be the Monarchs in the Revolution of “Fashion”also. Thanx for the Support…It will PAY OFF!!!

Friday: We planned on doin a few different things mostly btw the Heineken Event @ Gotham Hall and The DEE and RICKY Bday Party in Downtown BK. Being the The Heineken Event was a Concert involving Ludacris, Estelle, and Wale getting there any time later than uhhh 6:30 chances are you where not getting in. We got there @ 9:50. LOL so we decided to do some Bar Hopping and def made the best of what would have been a shattered night.

Saturday: I was invited to a Open house for a Very interesting apartment building in Brooklyn to do a quick Pop-Up Shop. Along side Upscene Society, Brooklyn Robot, Deadstock Ric we brought a very fresh flavor of Street wear to a totally different group of people. The responses were amazing very positive, uplifting, and motivational. We were able to show others in a rather unique setting what it is we stand for and believe it. I definately  left there feeling very blessed and glad to be pursuing my dream!

Sunday: Relax, Sleep, Eat, Repeat!!!!

1. Jay-Z Blueprint 3 album is dropping on 9/11 as well as his 9/11 Charity concert @ Madison Square Garden, which I will be in attendence. I know the album is gonna be sick but the concert…I can only imagine what Jay has up his sleeve for this special concert.

2. Fashion Week 09, and although it no longer “Summer”, it kinda acts as the last run of summer activities as well as celebrating the accomplishments of those that have been pulling out hairs counting down the days to this wonderful week in September. Long story short a lot of great fashion events from Runway shows to exclusive Galas.

3. MTVs 2009 VMA are being held @ Radio City Music Hall on Sunday 9/13. Which means thats there will be a boat load of parties going on (including those of Fashion Week) from Thursday -Monday morning…Literally. So for all of those that will be in NY during this time make sure you keep in the know as to whats going on , because if you don’t….well that on you lol.

9/10 alone i’ve already gotten a flood of emails about tons of events on each side of the fashion spectrum from BAPE to BCBG.

Only in New York can there  be a week/weekend like this!!!

So I have been doin a few things and working on a few projects since last ive sat down and blogged. I was invited to to a part of a photo editorial for Brooklyn Robot which will be coming out sometime this month. We got some really dope pix on both days. Shout out to everone that was there Techie NYC, Upscene, Brooklyn Robot, Pink Eye, Sweetest Kouture and wonderful city of NY.
